Adam Barruch, LAC

Acupuncturist

Adam Barruch is a licensed acupuncturist whose work is rooted in the connection between physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. With more than three decades of experience in the performing arts, Adam brings a deeply embodied and holistic perspective to healing—one shaped by a lifelong study of dance and other somatic practices.

A graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science, Adam’s path to acupuncture was inspired by his own experiences with injury, recovery, and the search for deeper healing. Through formal clinical training and internships at Columbia University and OnPoint NYC, he developed an integrative approach that honors the body’s innate capacity for transformation and balance.

Adam creates a grounded, compassionate, and restorative environment where patients feel supported throughout their care. While he works with a broad range of health concerns, he specializes in trauma recovery, psycho-emotional health, chronic pain, and digestive balance. He tailors each treatment to the individual, helping patients reconnect with resilience, vitality, and a deeper sense of well-being.
