Pelvic Steam
Pelvic Steams are a gentle warming treatment for the pelvis, aimed at increasing circulation to the organs and muscles of the pelvis. A custom blend of herbs is used to tailor the steam to your needs. Steams can be helpful to reduce period cramps, support fertility, improve lubrication, and aid recovery after childbirth. We like to think of this as a spa day for your pelvic region!
