Massage Therapist

Jessica Cook is a licensed massage therapist practicing in NYC for the last 12 years. She is a professional dancer and choreographer who embeds her lifelong study of the body and its resilience within the foundations of her work as an intuitive healer and bodyworker. Drawing from her studies in Tui-na, Acupressure, Swedish, somatics, and myofascial release, Jessica creates a deeply restorative, holistic, and personalized space for each client.

Jessica prioritizes connection and attuning to client needs through patience, kindness, and active listening. She is a certified Vodder Method Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist, Reiki I & II attuned, and is a DONA certified birth doula. She has worked with clients ranging from pre/post natal, athletes, office workers, to the chronically ill.

She originates from Durham, NC by way of Kingston NY, graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science (2013), and has a BFA from the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase (2005).
